Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website and services provided by SLY B IMAGERY AND MEDIA INNOVATION – SLY B PHOTO STUDIO ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Services and Bookings

We offer professional photography, videography, and related media services. All commercial booking details, including deposits, cancellations, and refund terms, are communicated and agreed upon directly with the client prior to any payment being processed.

2. Pricing

3. Event Bookings

For event bookings, 80% of the total is due on or before the event date and the remaining 20% is due on the delivery date. The number and type of event deliverables depend on the event and the package agreed before booking. The expected delivery time for an event package that includes a photo book is two weeks.

4. Refund and Rescheduling

Payments are non-refundable after payment has been made. However, rescheduling may be considered; please contact the studio as soon as possible.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of SLY B IMAGERY AND MEDIA INNOVATION or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
