3. Client Media and Usage

We reserve the right to use selected photographs and videos from sessions for promotional purposes in our portfolio, website, and social media, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing before the shoot.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality of service, we are not liable for unforeseeable circumstances that may affect a shoot (e.g., severe weather, force majeure). Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service.
